2026 Amnesty Events

The Champaign County Circuit Clerk’s office will be hosting an Amnesty Event from April 20, 2026, through May 1, 2026. During that time, anyone who has a balance due on a criminal, traffic, DUI, ordinance violation or conservation violation will be able to pay their total due minus any late fees and collection fees which have accumulated.
- You can only make these payments starting on April 20, 2026, at 9:00 am, and ending on May 1, 2026, at midnight.

Expungement Information
- REGISTER NOW for the April 18, 2026, Criminal Record Expungement Event
- You may contact the Land of Lincoln Hotline at 1-877-342-7891 to see if you qualify for help with an expungement case outside of the Expungement Summit.
